I made a purchase of 9.99 and want the lives I bought?

I did not receive 40 x2 MINUTES worth of lives that was included in the purchase and this may have have happened before and I didn't notice as I buy this bundle a lot.

If you are still waiting for your purchased items, please select the device you are using and follow the steps & suggestions given below⬇️

🤖 Android device

• Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
• If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

🍏 Apple device

• Use this link. 
• Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps

NOTE: Please do this whenever you suspect you did not receive a purchase!
