the cookie game is over now and I couldn’t use the spoons to get rewards. I had over 200 spoons. Why couldn’t they be used. And is there and compensation for not getting to use them. Thanks Suzanne Kessler

Baker's Box was a feature only few players have received as special test! There were few more complaints over the weekend about the Spoons not working! It was reported to the game Studio and they will be looking into it.
But, like you said, the event is over now! But, hopefully, it will be glitch-free when you will receive it in your game again!! Please see our Community In-charge comment —> HERE (click on the Green letters).

Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
