Charged for a special and did not recieve the product

Hi, I was purchasing this special and the goods were never sent. I believe it may have been an issue with the play store because I had to back out of the app due to it freezing and taking a long time to complete the purchase.

If you still haven't received your purchased items, please select the device you are using and follow the suggestions provided below⬇️

🤖 Android device

• Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
• If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

🍏 Apple device

• Use this link. 
• Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps
