My game shut off and I lost my streak!!!!!!!

Question

My game shut off and it made me lose when it shut off but I actually didn’t even play the level and I was on a streak of winning. I had a winning streak of like 175 or something really high but the game shut off and now I lost all of my progress!!!!!!!! Please help me! Now I’m at 4 lives and I was at 5 without any losses for days and days. I’m so mad!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Just want to make sure.… are you trying to retrieve your "win streak" progress?  If so, King cannot restore the Win streak progress, as we can earn it only while playing the game!

Can you please reply by typing below and clarify "which help" you are asking for?
