when I open app, it starts to load gold box and freezes. No canceling, accepting or playing.

Few other players are also experiencing this issue. It was reported to the game Studio and they are working on the fix. But, as of today, we do not have any update yet! Please check our Community In-charge post here for more information —> Chocolate Box stuck (click on the Green letters to open it)
