Few players are experiencing this glitch with the frozen Chocolate Box. I don't think this glitch is connected to our devices but, the device itself.
This issue is being investigated by the Candy team, but do not have any updates. Please read about it here —> Chocolate Box stuck
I would suggest you to continue to play the game on your phone until the glitch is fixed. But, please do not reinstall the game as it is not going to resolve the issue.
