Can't purchase 20 Stripd & Wrapped despite enough gold

the game will let my purchase the lower two amounts, but not the top amount - clicking it does nothing (mobile version)

That is a weird issue you are experiencing🤔 I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send out a complaint.

Looks like you are using a mobile device. Please follow below steps to send your complaint⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Choose any option that suits better and click on it;
• In the next screen, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• You will have to fill a form and Submit it.
