Can you please tell me which device are you using? If you used an Android device, did you purchase through PIX method?

King will not be able to deal with this issue as PIX is a third party payment method. Hence, I would suggest you to contact Google Play Support and send them a complaint using this link (click on the Green letters) —> Google Play support.
