I almost collected blue candy 10-15k in each lvl.. but the collection jar disappears !!

I played a challange for week to collect 250 gold bar and almost finished 500 plus lvl but suddenly that gold bar disappeared!! I played 25 hard level collecting 10-15k blue candies in each level to 25 lvl to get the 250 gold bar .. i feel so cheated!! I almost quit this game .. before 2018 i was a top candy player too .. i just came back to play in 2024 and i again fell cheated ๐ก๐ก

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Are you missing only "Top That" event from your game? Are all other events intact?
I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint. Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?
