Hello @Paulina_2605 I am sorry but no one here can help you get your 25 gold bars back as we are all just ordinary players of the game like you are.

To get your gold bars back you will have to contact King Player Support. To do this use the Help (big pink question mark) of your game.

Please note that it is King's policy not to replace items that were obtained just by playing the game. If you used real money to buy your gold bars though they are more likely to help you.
