Since you are playing on the App version of the game, you can send your complaint directly from your game.  Please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* In the next screen, scroll down to "New levels/level help" and click on it;
* The 2nd option would be "I passed a level - why didn't it move me forward".  Click on it;
* Check if any of the information applies to you.  If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and submit your complaint.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

I have seen couple of complaints this week!  I am not sure if it is the game or a connection issue on players' side🤔  But, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team.
