I have seen couple of complaints this week! I am not sure if it is the game or a connection issue on players' side🤔 But, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team.

Since you are playing on the App version of the game, you can send your complaint directly from your game. Please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the next screen, scroll down to "New levels/level help" and click on it;
• The 2nd option would be "I passed a level - why didn't it move me forward". Click on it;
• Check if any of the information applies to you. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.
