If you are playing the App version and logged into the game through King (email) account, it might not be possible to change your profile picture!
But, when you open your profile page, do you see a camera icon just below to your current pic (as shown below)⬇️
If you don't see the Camera icon, then, it is not possible to change your current profile picture.

First, open Candy Crush Saga on your device. Then, tap on the 'Settings' icon, usually found in the lower-left corner of the screen. Next, choose 'Profile' and you'll see your current profile picture. Here, you can tap on the picture to change it.
