Why did I lose all my progress on the Tier 1, Candy Royale, challenge (14 of 16 levels completed)?

I was doing the Candy Royale, Tier 1, 16 level challenge and I lost all of my progress. I just completed level 14 of the 16 level challenge, and before I started the next hole (which would have been level 15 of the challenge), all of my progress disappeared. At that point, the game asked if I wanted to start the challenge all over...therefore eliminating all of my previous progress. Can you please tell me why this happened? FYI: When this happened, my share of the 1000 gold bars was approaching 100.

When you said "progress" - it was your Candy Royale progress, right? If so, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint.

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
• Look for Candy Royale and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.
