Did you make sure that you have proper internet connection? Did you try to switch from WiFi to cellular data? Is your App updated to the latest version? Is there is at least 2 GB free space in your device memory?
Did you try to log out of the game — close the App — restart your device after turning it off for 5 to 10 minutes?
If everything checks out and you still do not have the Ads, the only reason I could think of is - that the Ad videos are moved to other group of players!
But, no need to be upset! If you have received Ads once, you will receive them again… just a matter of time👍️
