How do i ask help on a level?

It is not our friends that are asking to play their levels, but the game system that sends the requests towards us! So, is not possible to ask our friends to play a level for us as that is not how the feature works!
I would suggest you to keep on playing the level repeatedly without wasting your boosters and may be the system will be triggered and sends a request to your friends to play the level!
If you can tell us which level you are playing, may by our Community Friends can help you with the tips!
