I did clear 15763 level yesterday morning. When I started the game later, it asked me to redo it.

If you are still waiting, please follow below steps to send your complaint to the Player Support team⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to New levels / Level help and click on it;
* You should see a topic "I passed a level.  Why didn't it move me forward".  Click on it;
* Check if any of the info provided there helps you.  If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and submit your complaint.
