Just curious about the help a friend pass a level

I think it's great that you can help friends pass levels. I have done so on several occasions and understand that this is something I am assuming candy crush generates, I suppose?

Is it like a lottery or something? I've done this several times yet I can attest it's never been done for me when I am stuck. Feels very one sided or really I guess I'd like to understand how it works a little better.

Yes, you are correct! It is the system that generated the requests! We - as players, do not know "who" will be picked and how the requests go through!!

But, this feature is still being tested and not many players have the feature yet! So, I am sure that players on both ends should have the feature. If you & I are friends, and you have the feature but, I don't, the system won't be able to pick me as your friend to help with your level.

Just a note: When we play and win a level for our friends, our friends are not moving to next level on the map. They will only receive some booster helpers for them to play the level on their end. If your level appears on your friend's end, it will be the same! You will receive few boosters for you to help in your level.

As of now, we know only this much information, as the game did not provide many details! Hopefully, as the feature improves and it reaches to more players, we will receive more information🤞

Same here....ive been playing for years I'm at 3800 level and can't get level help
