how do i unfreeze the credit karma ad? If i delete and reinstall the app do i lose all my progress and rewards?

As players, we cannot do anything to unfreeze the Ads. Some Ads contain glitches and all we can do is to report to the King Player Support team.
But, please do not reinstall your game! If the issue is not on your side, you will be losing all your saved boosters and lives for no reason!! With regards to game progress - if you have saved the game either though Facebook or King account, you will not lose your progress.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
