When trying to buy gold bars, it tells me i am out if country and will not let me purchase.

When i went to purchase gold bars using my google account, it says i am out of country. My google account is in the USA

Did you check your device settings to make sure that nothing has changed at "country"?

If everything looks fine, I would suggest you to contact either Google —> Google Support ;

OR the King Player Support team.  To reach them, you can send your query directly from your game⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
* Select any one of the options to open it;
* Then, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us"; 
* Fill the form with all the needed information and submit your complaint.
