Hi @Ross1975 Christine is quite right sadly, in what she has said. It might be an idea now that you have joined the Community that you stay and read/join in other discussions. You could also read what players post in Support, you will see many are the same as what you asked. You might even be able to answer some of the questions put. We are all players like yourself and all have different experiences, so it's nice to share the good and the bad. You might also pick up some good tips along the way, I'll give you a couple now re the Community site. If you want to reply to a post, you click on the 'Reply' at the bottom, then add your comment and post. If you want to 'Tag' someone in particular like I did to you above, shown in green, you add a @ first then type their name as it's shown. Their Community name will then appear in green, you click on that then add you comment and post. Must admit the Tagging is a little bit temperamental you might have to back space to delete and try it a few times until it appears in green. But both ways, either using the Reply or Tagging will notify the person via email that you have posted a comment. Good luck with your game 😉
I don't think King find it's a problem, @Ross1975 so they won't seek any solution, or see any reason to change it. King don't really listen to feedback from players and unfairness is not something they seem to care about. In fact they create unfairness deliberately by dividing us all into different test groups all the time, some with ads, some without, some with better rewards from events (e.g. some players get two two colour bombs on their top win streak while another group of players get a single colour bomb) and some of us get more or different events than others. It's all about what makes the most profit and obviously King's experience and tests have shown that once a player is hooked on the game and has spent some money that they are more likely to spend more and more. It has been years now that players have reported about the loss of adverts after making a single purchase, so I hold little hope that it will change, but then you never know for sure.

Hi @Ross1975 Welcome to the Community 🤗 It's something else King do that really isn't fair for many players. It's possible they have a mark on your game that you are willing to pay. It appears that just about all of the players posting about missing adverts have paid real money for something in their game. Awful but that's how it is, sorry.
