This is impossible. I have been trying this for several days. Its impossible to release the last one. There are no keys to break the locked items. I have looked through other posts and cherries have been mentioned. There are no cherries on the version I am looking at.

Yes, there is no second key on this level, and those chests do not open. To get that last dragon, feed the frog again and move it to the empty space just above the dragon. That will break the lock and release it.
