I am sorry to hear that you lost your level progress of your game!
Did you just install the game on your new phone? If so, did you make sure that you have logged in with the account details you have used on your old phone?
Did you try to play a level - win it and get back to the map screen to see if your level progress is back?
Are you missing only the game progress? How about your Gold Bars and the Friends list? Are those intact?
