I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Is it an Episode Race that you did not receive the prize from?
Which device are you using to play the game? Did you quit the game and restart your device after shutting it down for about 5 minutes? If not, please do so and see if that helps and brings in your Gold Bars.
