I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving the Ads anymore!
Is your updated to the latest version and the device has at least 2GB free memory space? Do you have strong internet connection? Are you actively playing the game?
If your answer is yes to all these, I wonder the Ad videos might have been moved to another group of players. Ad videos are still in testing and all the test features are moved from one group to another group after a certain period time!
But, no need to be despair! If you have received Ads once, you will receive them again, just a matter of time🍫🍫
