You are asking about "Help a Friend" feature, right? If so, we cannot ask our friends to play a level for us, because it is actually the game system that sends those requests.
For your level - I would suggest you is to keep playing your level without using any boosters and lives. Hopefully, the system will be triggered after a while and sends request to your friends to play that level.
Note: Even if your friends play the level for you, you will not move forward because you still have to play the level in your own game, but with the help of the boosters your friends send you.
