Did you save your game progress either with Facebook or King (email) account? If so, all you need to do is download the game and log in with the same account you have used on your old device.
Please be aware that, only level progress and the Gold Bars will be transferred to your new device. But, the boosters and lives will not be transferred as they are stored to the local memory of the device. If you still have your old device, please continue playing the game and use up all those boosters.
