No, but seriously, don't blame the person who designed this fun level years ago. They did a great job. They could not have foreseen that the new team at King would take their fun level design and rewrite the candy drop so that it would no longer give you the chance to make colour bombs or combos. Oh, look at what this level looked like originally three years ago. That is what the designer had in mind:
Guys, just LOOK AT this second video! It is such a nostalgic show of how much fun this game used to be. Do you all remember when the game would drop us all the right candies and produce lovely cascades if we reloaded a level often enough? Ahhhhh….
