How to fix gray screen?

I frequently have a gray screen on both my iPad and desktop PC. This issue began 7/31/24. I have deleted/uninstalled several times. After I add/install the app, I can play a couple times, and then get the gray screen again. I have seen several questions about this. How can I fix it and what is the company doing to rectify this frequent error?

I am sorry to hear about the constant issue you have been experiencing with the Grey Screen. I am sorry to know that you have deleted the App! But, as you have seen, reinstalling the App will not resolve the issue and on top of that, you will lose all the saved boosters & lives in your game😕

Unfortunately, the Studio is not able to do anything for this issue, because they are not finding the glitch on their side! All the players that have complained this issue have reported back that the issue was resolved by itself. For some, it took a day or two and for some, it took a week for the glitch to be cleared!

You have mentioned that the glitch has been bothering you frequently! I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team from your iPad. Please let me know if you need my assistance with this.
