Are you asking for tips to win a level? If so, which level is it?
Or are you asking how "Help a Friend" feature works? If so, we cannot ask our friends to help with our levels. Because, it is the game system that sends these requests!
May be if you are stuck on your level for a while, the system gets triggered and sends requests to your friends! They will play and win it on their end, with which the system will send you some boosters. Now, you will have to play your level with those boosters (which may or may not help you win your level)!!
