I paid $5.99 for a package deal and it charged my card but didn't give me the offer. This is the second time this has happened, I let the 1st slide but I want my $5.99 put back on my card and I will never be playing again. I hate scams!!! I also will be letting my hundreds of friends know if my money is NOT refunded to my card. I didn't want to believe the friends that said you guys was scamming players out of their money

Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

🍏 Apple device

Use this link.
Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps
