Dear Candy Crush Saga Team,
I wanted to bring to your attention again that a particular account/user "Akcep" has been at the top of the standings for three consecutive weeks i have also attach the screenshot, achieving an impossible number of levels. Candy Crush Saga currently has over 17,000 levels, but this player has completed over 100,000 levels in a week for three weeks in a row and is winning the weekly roundup. Meanwhile, dedicated players are left feeling like losers because it seems like your team is not taking any action to address this issue.
I have previously emailed about this, but I haven't received any response. It appears that you are not concerned about this matter.

Hi @umrnafay Welcome to the Community π€ you are not the first and you won't be the last to comment on this. The majority of times it isn't the players doing it, it's a fault with the system. Quite often when players accounts are merged the scoring figure goes all out of sync. The only thing that happened with mine about a year ago when I merged my accounts, was I lost all my gold bars π Took me so many emails back and forth to player support to get them back. Like you we are all players in the Community , some with good experience on technical matters, I'm not one of those, and the Community can't actually put anything right. All we can do is try and offer explanations and try and help if you have questions or problems. Not sure if you email player support if you will get an actual answer, or if anyone else in the Community can add anything further. If you have any more questions or need help with your game please come back and ask the Community. Also it is a good idea to read other 'Discussions' and the 'Support' questions, that will give you lots of tips and answers to many questions/problems. Good luck with your game βΊοΈ
