I just won 3 weeks in a row on Candy Crush Saga, but never received the grand prize of 500 gold bars.

Hello @gumshoe1570 I think you might have misunderstood how the Candy Royale works. You aren't playing for a grand prize of 500 gold bars you are only playing for a share of 500 gold bars.
You and 99 other players are supposedly competing to complete a set number of levels so the amount of gold you receive is based on the number of people that complete the same number of levels that you do. If you and nineteen other people complete the seven levels then you will receive twenty five gold bars.
