Ads freezing

ads are freezing and not allowing me to get my rewards. Happens with kubota, likes gym and some furniture crap. I have lost many levels because of this. Annoying!

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with some of the Ad videos!

I would suggest you to report the Ads to King Player Support team. Please follow below steps on the device you are using to play the game⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.

Note: I think you might have to send different complaints for different Ads!
