I only receive 9 lives per day...even if i send lives to my sister and she's sending me back, we didn't receive those lives!!
I dont think that only 9 of my friends are sending me lives in 24 hours of a day! It's something wrong about it!
Hi @Dadutz not playing is one solution and I won't try to persuade you otherwise. As an alternative to not playing though why don't you consider just playing using the five free lives that you receive from the game for awhile. Playing this way means you don't play the game for too long and I find it less stressful.
Also try not playing at all, but just open your game every day to collect boosters. Once you have collected, for example, ten lollipops try playing again to see how you feel about the game.
I think i'll just stop playing this game! It's the only way not to get upset!! Thank you for your reply! Good luck! 😉

I don't think a simple reboot works with the issue you are experiencing! By the way, please do not reinstall your game unless suggested by the King team (you will see their comments in Blue)!

With the new system, once we have 200 lives, they will not increase anymore. Right now, what number do you see in the middle area of your Envelope? Can you post a screenshot of your opened envelope?
How to reboot it? I have to reinstal my game or what?
I have tousand of friends by now. I play this game since the beginning. Every day i send friends requests and i also accept friends requests. It's something wrong with it since you've etablished a lives limit per day...
It bugs me

Do you have only 9 friends in your game? Are they active? Did you try to make more friends and see if you start receiving lives?
Which device are you using? I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and seek their assistance.

Hello @Dadutz there appears to be an issue with sending/receiving lives at the moment, but unfortunately King are denying that it exists.
I send lives and I know for a fact that the people I am sending them to do not receive them. This means that just because you are sending lives it doesn't mean that the people you are sending them to receive the lives you are sending. Because people don't receive the lives you send them this could result in those people not sending you lives when you request them. Some people take the stance that if a person doesn't sent them a life then why should they send a life when requested.
I have excepted friends requests as well, but then that new friend stops playing the very same week. Check the Player Cards of all of your friends and weed out people that haven't played in over three months.
Also to receive a lot of lives you need a lot of friends. Personally I think if a person has less than one hundred friends they will struggle to receive a lot of lives. Add as many people as you can using the avatars that appear on your map, but only choose the players that are shown to be sending lives.

Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
