Hi @shaon652 Welcome to the Community 🤗 not everyone gets adverts in the game it is something King decide upon. But have you ever spent any real money to buy anything in the game? If you have that would be the reason you haven't got them. If you haven't ever spent any real money in the game it is possible you will get adverts at some stage. Good luck with your game, would be nice to hear from you again ☺️
The reason, in my opinion, for not having adverts would be that King believe that once they have provided a player free boosters for awhile that player will find the game difficult without them and be persuaded to buy boosters.
There is no solution to losing your adverts. You either have them or you don't.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
