buonasera a tutti è da un paio di giorni che devo continuamente installare e disinstallare il gioco perché improvvisamente lo schermo diventa grigio e non mi fa cliccare su nulla! Cosa posso fare?

Hi @valentinav @camur Welcome to the Community 🤗 This has happened to many recently, and it's more likely to be a problem with the King server. The LAST thing I would suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the app, as you will lose all the boosters you have saved and you won't get them back again. Either wait a few days to see if it starts working again or contact King Player Support explaining the problem and ask them to send to the team that deals. If you do contact them you will get an automated reply telling you to join and ask the Community, just reply back to their automated reply explaining the problem again, you should get a proper reply. Another player reported it a few days ago and her game is now working and back to normal. We are all players like yourself in the Community, it would be nice if you stay and join in other posts, it's always nice to hear other opinions, experiences and advice 😉
