Game not working?
Hi there. I'm playing on level 2019. Tonight I am playing on my break at work. We are on Government Computers, which are always kept up to par. While playing at home earlier, and now at work, something is wrong. Trying a line of 3-4 in a row, it freezes up and I have to close. Now the strangest thing happened, I was stuck and decided to use my big lollipop smasher to clear the board. It didn't smash all the board, {unusual} so I used a second one, same thing, and a third which hurt as it took a while to build them up. Again same thing, it was like it had no power. Please look into this for me, I had built these up from getting wonderballs, I only use them if I need to clear that board. It also took months to collect as many as I had.

Hello there! It seems like you’re in the wrong place. Head over to Candy Crush Soda Community by clicking the hamburger menu (3 lines) and click on games. Then, go to Candy crush Soda and there should be an option to create a discussion in that community instead of this one. FYI this is the community for the original Candy Crush game.

I tried level 2019 and I'm guessing you used the Supersonic Lollipop while you still had to pop more bottles to get the bear to come up. When you use the Supersonic Lolly, not all bottles will fall down; this always happens 1 at a time.
From my first screenshot you can see that bottles still have to fall (after all, the bear has to rise) and I used a Supersonic Lolly.
Then you can see from my second screenshot that 1 bottle has appeared to pop.
If I were to use a Lolly again, this bottle would be popped but there is a chance that no new bottle will come but licorice that I would first have to remove. So the trick is to only use the Lolly at the last moment, when all the bottles have been popped 😉I have found a video, maybe that can help you too 🙂
