I just moved to level 882 and got a message that there were no more possible moves and I failed with zero points and I hadn't even made a move. How is this possible?

Thanks heaps Christine. I'd looked away from the screen to grab a drink and came back to the level failed screen. I was on a roll too haha!. I'll report it to Player support.
There is only one possible first move on this game board and anyone with win streak boosters or playing a pre level colour bomb booster may fall foul here: If your colour bomb replaces the red candy in the top row there is no possible move and the game will self terminate. This should not happen and you ought to report this to Player Support and complain about it.
Most players don't bother to report this as on the next attempt this won't happen and the level will be easy to pass, so people move on and forget about it. It is tough on anyone who was playing Candy Royale though or trying to hold on to a win streak!

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
