ads not playing

when I click on the option to watch adds for extra moves many many times it will just go to a black page, the add never plays and I lose my opportunity to get my moves

Are you getting this Black screen with every Ad or a few?

I would suggest to report the Ads that are freezing or causing any sort of issues. You can report the Ads directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
