Sync with Facebook

I used to have Candy Crush connected with Facebook to play with friends. Facebook disabled my old account and I can't get it back, so I ended up losing my CC progress. Customer service helped get my levels back through my King account, but now if I log in with my new Facebook account I'm back to Level 1. I have the latest versions of both apps, have logged out and back into both without and luck of it syncing with FB. Any ideas?

Looks like you are playing the App version. So, please follow below steps to contact them⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "My Game Progress" option and click on it;
• Select the suitable option and click on it. Check if any of the provided steps help you;
• If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.
