How do I get my progress back

I logged out of Candy Crush at level 4800. When I logged back in through Facebook where I was saving my progress, I am now back to level 1.

I am sorry to hear that you lost the level progress of your game!

Please try these steps —> Log out of the game — close the App — restart your device after shutting down for 5 minutes — reopen the App and log back in — replay a level — go back to the map screen — check if your levels are back.

If not, you will have to contact the King Player Support team.

** If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game, following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "My game Progress" and click on it;
• Select a suitable option from the list and click on it;
• Check if any of the tips provided will be helpful to get your progress back. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.
