Please choose the device you are using from below options and follow the suggestions⬇️

🤖 Android device

• Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
• If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

🍏 Apple device

• Use this link. 
• Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps
  
  

You can send your complaint directly from your game too⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Go to the option - "why are there charges I don't recognize on my App store account";
• Check if any of the information provided there helps you to resolve the issue;
• If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.
