Level 7811 immediately failed, no opportunity to make moves

This level immediately failed. I didn't even get to do one move. This was the last level before I won the pot and it was up over 20 bars. This is extremely frustrating considering I'd spent gold bars and power ups so I could win the pot of gold. Plus, I had an issue recently where the screen froze and it clicked on the 69 bars for unlimited lives for 6 hours and wasted all of my gold bars. When I contacted support, no one helped. I've been playing this game for over a decade. Give people back their gold bars when your game messes up and robs them.

The level might have been designed in a way that the win streak boosters will cause the level to fail 🙁 Let me check the level and report it to our Community In-charge, if needed.

With regards your missing Gold bars, Player Support team is our best (and only) option to get any reimbursements! If you are talking about the automated email you have received from them, you will have to follow-up with them by sending a reply through that automated email itself.

If it has been a while since you sent the complaint about accidental purchase, please do try to send a response through the email you have received (if you did not receive the “how did we do” email yet)! If you did receive feedback email, they might have closed your ticket!!
