Hi @AnaidAlvarez1612 are you asking about the Help a Friend feature? If so it is only King who decides who needs help and which friend they send it to. If you are asking for someone in the Community to look at the Level you are stuck on and give advice/tips then you will need to show which level it is. Good luck with your game 😉
