Missing Lives

I logged in to my account today & all the lives In had saved up...over 40...are just gone. How can this be resolved? 😭

I am playing on three accounts and my lives dissapeared on all of them, too! I had 200 on one of them!! I restarted games a few times to no avail. Please help!
