open Candy Crush Saga on your device.Then, tap on the 'Settings' icon, usually found in the lower-left corner of the screen. Next, choose 'Profile' and you'll see your current profile picture. Here, you can tap on the picture to change it.Please check also for more info Here

If it is the game, do you see a camera icon as shown in below example?
If you don't see the camera icon, it is not possible to change your profile picture. But, if you are logged into the game through Facebook, you can change your profile picture in your Facebook account.
