Lost all my inventory items!!!

Today the gane was bugging so I decided to reinstall it. Upon reinstalling all my inventory items were lost. I bought several packages and most of my rewards were collected through paying so please retrieve my lost items!!!

This is a forum where we members are mostly players like you. No one here has the ability to reinstate your lost boosters.

Since you say your inventory was erased, that means you play on a mobile/tablet device, correct? For those devices, never uninstall the app as it'll erase everything but your level progress and gold bars. Alternatively, make sure to use up all your boosters if you ever want to reset the app.

You need to contact Player Support which can be found through the settings of the game. On the opening screen, click the cogwheel » question mark » My Purchases » Why can't I find my Boosters?. Scroll way to the bottom and click the green Contact Us button to get the help you seek.

Ordinarily, they don't return boosters, but since you say you paid for them, there must be a record of the transaction and hopefully that'll help your case. Good luck.
