Why won’t my account stay logged in to Facebook? I have done all that customer service has asked of me and still nothing. I have to log in every time.

By any chance, are you using an Apple device? If so, it is a new requirement by the Facebook for all iOS users!!
You can check the "permissions" settings and see if helps! For me, the best thing was by logging into the game through Kingdom (email) account.
If you do not have a King account already, please try the "permissions" first and see if it helps!
