my ads are coming up but the timer is not counting down. It’s like they are frozen. I’ve wasted so many lives restarting the app. When will this be fixed?
not that ad specifically but that type. There are a few brands where the video may start and always stops at 29 seconds and freezes the whole game.
These adds? If so it’s not you it’s the add.

Thank you for reporting in the meantime try restarting the game If that doesn't help, check if your device has enough storage space and close any unused apps running in the background. Also, make sure your Candy Crush app is up to date. If still not works

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
