After changing my phone and logging to candy crush with the same account.
I realized that all the lives and other things I have , had been lost.

For King Saga games, only the level progress and the Gold Bars are saved to the servers! Hence, they can be accessed on various devices!
Whereas, the boosters and the lives are stored only to the device local memory, which are not transferrable. Hence, you are not able to find those on your new device. But, if you did not delete the game on your old device, you can still play the game and use those boosters to play hard levels, while collecting boosters on your new device.
